Molly and Carter's Titanic Creative Writing Contest

And the winner is....

During the month of February, we hosted a very special contest on our Titanic Branson website in honor of Titanic Authors' Week, which debuts March 18-23, 2013. Children were asked around the globe to write in telling a story of a day in the life of their pet.

You see, back in 1912, on the great ship Titanic, there were several couples who traveled with their pets. Did you know there were 10 dogs onboard Titanic? Well, at our Titanic Museum Attraction in Branson, Mo., we have 2 dog mascots who greet children each week to honor the dogs that were traveling onboard Titanic. Their names are Molly and Carter. We received many amazing entries in our Creative Writing Contest. It was so difficult to pick winners. There are many talented young writers out there and we are honored to meet a few of them. I think you will enjoy reading a day in his life.

These 3 winners will now be able to participate in the Titanic Authors' Week this March 18-23, 2013 and will personally meet each Titanic Author. Now these winners have something in common with all of the amazing Titanic Authors....published stories.
